Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll General Ledger Accounting Specialist to support complex, multi-division payroll operations and ensure that all payroll results are precisely reflected in the company's financial records. **Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate the development of convergent, multi-platform proposals for advertisers in response to a Request for Proposal.
+ Support the Sr. Director in building the strategic approach and campaign architecture of proposals from your respective Holding Companies, by leveraging our core advertising products and relative solutions across Paramount brands.
+ Come to the table with creative strategy and product-based solutions for marketing objectives/tension points, ensuring ideas appropriately deliver on the partner brief.
+ Ownership of digital first sponsorship proposals across key digital business units of the portfolio (Paramount+, CBS Sports Digital, CBS News Digital, Pluto TV).
+ Budget for marketing programs, ensuring the solution is competitive with the marketplace, capability for the client and profitable for Paramount.
+ Liaise across internal marketing functions and guide partners towards the development of compelling and strategic proposals.
+ Partner with Account Executives and provide support as they go to market, including agency/client presentations and calls.
+ Lead meetings and communications that are both client facing and across internal sales and cross-functional partners.
**Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years media or marketing experience at a media company, tech, creative agency or brand with an emphasis on custom marketing solutions or partnerships and strategy.
+ Proficient mastery on culture with deep insight of social media platforms, content formats, and influencer trends.
+ Proficiency in presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides) with an eye for aesthetics.
+ Proficiency in Airtable and Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) a plus.

+ Fantastic storytelling, writing, and interpersonal skills, with a comprehension of how to craft and evolve narratives.

Hiring Salary Range: $115,000.00 - 133,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.

Overview:
Paramount+, the streaming service from Paramount, has an exciting opportunity for a Media Budget Operations Manager to join the Streaming Media team. As the central hub for all paid media efforts at Paramount+, the Streaming Media team manages service-sell campaigns, annual media partnerships, first-to-market executions, and on-device and performance media.
This role will be a key member of the team in helping to manage the Paramount+ marketing budget and processes related to forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, and other special projects. This position reports to the Senior Director, Media Strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Track invoices for the marketing department.
* Lead the consolidation of monthly expense forecasting documents.
* Liaise with media channel owners, creative team, and key internal marketing partners to gather expense information.
* Prepare expense and forecast documents for senior executive team as well as the Finance teams to identify potential changes in our budget.
* Develop and optimize budgeting processes that consolidate large data sets.
* Track expenses and invoices to update marketing budget accordingly.
* Assist with expense reconciliation for month/quarter and ensure marketing costs reports are submitted timely.
* Develop new tracking and reporting templates; helping to prepare tools and processes for future planning and analysis.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree.
* 4+ years experience working in financial planning & analysis.
* Proven track record in financial analysis and creating invoice reports.
* Advanced usage of Google Sheets and Excel to maintain large spreadsheets and trackers.
* Proficiency in SQL to run queries in obtaining expense data from backend tables.
* Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce.
