Eric Furlan is a Chief Operating Officer at Parex Resources Inc. He works or has worked as Senior VP:Engineering at Parex Resources Inc. Eric studied at University of British Columbia.

Mr. Pinsky has 25 years of in depth financial experience both in Canada and international, with the last 15 years holding senior financial positions in the upstream oil and gas sector focusing on equity and debt financing, corporate planning, merger and acquisitions, corporate governance, taxation, reporting and investor relations. Mr. Pinsky served as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Petro Andina Resources from 2008 to 2009. Previously, he was a founder, officer and board member of Argent Energy Inc. a private exploration and production company, which was sold in 2008. From 2001 to 2004, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Ultima Energy Trust, a TSX listed intermediate sized royalty trust with operations in the Western Canadian Sedimentary basin. Mr. Pinsky was the Chief Financial Officer until the sale of that entity to Petrofund Energy Trust. Mr. Pinsky was the Director of Finance for the Altana Exploration group of companies, which were private oil and gas concerns owned by a NYSE listed US utility from 1997 until their sale in 2001. Mr. Pinsky began his career with Price Waterhouse in 1987 and completed assignments in the areas of audit and assurance, taxation, insolvency, corporate restructuring and corporate finance. Mr. Pinsky graduated from the University of Calgary in 1987 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is currently a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Wayne Foo has over 30 years of experience in exploration and production of oil and gas, with the last 14 years in executive roles in companies ranging from start-up to senior independents producers. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Parex Resources Inc, a Canadian public company active in Colombia. From 2003 to 2009 he was a founder and later President and CEO of Parex’ predecessor, Petro Andina Resources Inc. Petro Andina grew exclusively through the drill bit to operate 30,000 bopd in Argentina, where the company recognized, explored and developed a new heavy oil trend that comprised a significant extension to the Neuquén Basin. Mr. Foo has served on the Boards of Directors of publicly traded, private and not-for profit organizations. He is currently a director of Pengrowth Energy Corporation where he is Chairman of the Reserves, Operations, Health, Safety and Environment Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology degree from the University of Calgary and a Masters of Science in Geology from Queen’s University. Mr. Foo is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists. In 2014 Mr. Foo was the recipient of the Stanley Slipper Gold Medal from the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists which is presented annually for outstanding contributions to oil and gas exploration in Canada, and in 2003 he received the President’s Award for outstanding contributions to the Society.
