We seek a full-time Operations Coordinator for our Forensics Services practice to provide support to Vice Presidents and the practice team. The Operations Coordinator serves as a critical connection between, and among, our internal team, clients, and corporate departments. Follow up and provide regular reporting on outstanding project unbilled, receivables and write-offs under direction of Vice Presidents and project managers;
Deliver project administration support: oversee conflict checks, client retention letters, project code requests; process vendor invoices, team expense reports, check requests and timesheets in a timely manner;
Provide general administrative support: maintain calendars and routine correspondence, coordinate detailed travel arrangements, maintain files, and provide administrative backup for other support roles;

Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Outreach
Support targeted student recruitment efforts aligned with donor priorities and program goals.
Manage and grow relationships with FTE affiliate organizations, schools, and individual partners.

Assist with the planning, administration, and evaluation of in-person and virtual student programs.
Coordinate the procurement, preparation, and shipment of program materials and supplies.
Organize and maintain program supply inventory.
Support hiring and onboarding of seasonal Program Coordinators for student programs.
Provide administrative and logistical support during peak program periods, including occasional evening or weekend work.
Assist with post-program data entry, evaluation, and reporting.
Alumni Engagement
Support FTE's student alumni initiatives, including the ambassador program.
Assist with reviewing alumni applications and coordinating meetings or events.
Help facilitate alumni communications and social media content creation.
Maintain accurate alumni records and engagement data.
Additional Support
Provide occasional backup support for teacher programs or virtual program administration, as needed.
Take on special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or program support (internships or part-time roles with significant responsibility considered)
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems and web-based communication or learning management platforms.
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with students, alumni, partners, and colleagues.

Previous experience with pre-college, youth, or summer programs (especially for minors) is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with FTE programs, including Economics for Leaders, is helpful but not required.

FUNCTION
The Coordinator of Intensive Case Management is responsible for supervising the team of Intensive Case Managers, a subsection of the Mental Health Program. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Minimum two year degree preferred and/or equivalent of at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Some familiarity with teaching a hands-on discipline such as science and/or the arts is preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS

Monitors goals on a continuing basis and that team is communicating.
Monitors that care plan is relevant to health home policies and procedures.
Consults with family members and social supports to maintain support consistency.
Advocates for additional services and linkages as appropriate.
Maintains current care management documentation and information regarding care management activities within the required health IT system.
Attends agency in-services, workshops and seminars as required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in human services or mental health field from a four-year college or university;

Habilitation Coordinator

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour! (depending on related experience) Nature of Work: The Habilitation Coordinator will attend Life Plan meetings and write plans for individuals in Community Habilitation and the Employment Services programs and will train staff to implement said plans. They will maintain compliance with all pertinent regulations, policies and procedures, and agency philosophy. They will supervise program staff in the absence of the Program Manager to ensure quality services are provided, including training, scheduling, communication, and service implementation.
