Works on a 24-hour shift rotation, 16 hours paid, 8 hours bunk time. If called out during bunk time, employee will receive overtime pay at one and a half their normal rate of pay. If call out time during bunk time exceeds 3.5 hours, pay will be for the full 8 hours of bunk time. Works a varying schedule, although scheduled ahead for the year.
