The hourly wage for this opportunity is $37.98/hour to $56.98/hour, with a median wage of $47.49/hour. This position is also eligible for shift differential pay: $3.10/rotating evenings, $4.25/hour for rotating nights, and $4.25/hour for weekends. Summary
The Custom Assembler II is responsible for completing medium size/scale custom woodworking and laminating projects and similar projects. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and capable of working independently while supporting team success.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for completing high quality medium size/scale custom woodworking and laminating projects by interpreting project requirements from blueprints, work orders and CAD drawings.
Complete simple program changes on CNC machines as directed by CNC controller to include changing out tooling and calibrating machines.
When questions/issues arise within assigned projects, work with more experienced assemblers and/or management on resolution.
Perform routine, ongoing operator maintenance of machines and equipment. Proactively troubleshoot larger mechanical issues and bring them to the attention of management for repair.
Record and dispose of scrap.
Responsible for daily 5S housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area.
Assist other areas within Wood Fabrication as required by the business.
May be asked to assist in other areas of Skyline production as required by the business

· Produce and distribute incident reports within (8) hours of the relevant event, as needed.
· Develop weekly menus and shopping lists and do grocery shopping for the facility, encouraging participation by residents.
· Schedule resident appointments as needed and escort residents to their appointments.
· Plan holiday activities and special events.
· Prepare meals, serve, and clean up according to food safety standards.
· Assist in training new staff.
· Provided staff coverage and ensured the safety of the residents and the facility.
· Responsible for securing coverage of any missed shifts, planned or unplanned.
· Perform light house maintenance or request maintenance assistance as needed.
· Must be able to transport the residents in the community.

How you will contribute
* You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
* You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
* You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
* You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
* You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
* You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.

* High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
