Purpose of Position:
Under direct supervision by a Registered Professional Nurse, surgeon, or other healthcare professional, serves as part of a medical team providing surgical care to patients; facilitates the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures. All personnel perform related work.
Examples of Typical Tasks:
1. Prepares the operating room and sterile field for surgical procedures, including setting up surgical supplies, instruments and equipment using sterile technique and ensuring that surgical equipment is functioning properly and safely.
2. Assists healthcare professionals in receiving, labelling and verifying sterile solutions and medications to be administered during surgery according to established protocol; may assist anesthesia personnel.
3. Verifies patient's identity, correct surgical site, and correct surgical procedure.
4. Assists in moving and positioning patient for surgery; adheres to established safety guidelines.
5. Engages in appropriate gowning and gloving procedures in perioperative setting.
6. Assists healthcare professionals to perform non-invasive preparation of the skin's surface; drapes patients for surgery.
7. Assists surgeon throughout the operative procedure, including anticipating instrument needs. Responsible for handing instruments and other sterile supplies to surgeon; maintains accurate count of sponges, needles and instruments in perioperative setting.
8. Assists in the surgeon's provision of hemostasis during surgery.
9. Holds retractor after placement by a healthcare professional during procedure.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Holds and maintains a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA); or
2. Successful completion of a nationally accredited educational program for surgical technologists or successful completion of an appropriate training program for surgical technology in the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard or Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, and holds and maintains a certified surgical technologist credential administered by a nationally accredited surgical technologist credentialing organization other than the NBSTSA, such as the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).

We are looking for a full time candidate for this position.
Candidates must be able to work at least one weekend day on a weekly basis.
Each shift is 8 hours, but event start and end times typically vary between the hours of 7am - 12:00pm, depending on location. We try to keep event start times as consistent as possible, but there will be some variation.

Compensation:
First-year hourly-wage techs can expect to earn upwards of $99,600 annually, including bonuses.
Your base hourly rate starts at $45.00 an hour. All team members are eligible for overtime on an as-needed basis.
Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals. Part-time team members working 16 hours a week or more will receive $250 per month. All goals are designed to be challenging but doable, and we hit all our monthly company goals in 2025 except three.
Team members are also eligible for annual bonuses which are a combination of cash and stock options.
As a full-time employee, you are guaranteed weekly pay equivalent to 30 hours of work, but can earn more by working more.
All team members regardless of status or position are eligible for stock option grants and profit sharing, which are awarded based on performance.
We expect both hourly and bonus compensation to grow as the company grows.

This role is ideal for someone interested in both clinical and administrative aspects of mental health care, with an emphasis on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
Administer TMS treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols under physician supervision.
Monitor patients during Spravato treatments, ensuring safety and adherence to REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) requirements.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during their treatment sessions.
Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate clinical records.
Administrative Duties:
Assist with scheduling TMS and Spravato patients, confirming appointments, and managing follow -ups.
Obtain and manage prior authorizations for TMS and Spravato treatments from insurance providers.
Collect co -pays and patient payments, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with billing personnel.
Order medications and clinical supplies, maintaining proper inventory levels and storage practices.
Communicate with pharmacies and insurance companies as needed to coordinate patientcare.
Marketing & Outreach:
Conduct door -to -door marketing to local primary care and psychiatry practices to promote our services and generate referrals.
Maintain a log of outreach visits and follow -up communications.
Distribute brochures, business cards, and other practice materials.
Represent the practice in a professional and courteous manner.
RequirementsQualifications:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare, or related field preferred.
Prior experience with TMS or Spravato (or other mental health treatments) is highly desirable but not required-training will be provided.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a patient -first attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must be comfortable traveling locally for marketing visits (driver's license and reliable transportation required).
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
Comfortable discussing treatment services with patients, providers, and external offices.
