Overnight is responsible for hourly rounds unless otherwise specified for high-risk clients, all rounds documented in MHT chat
Transporting clients to and from appointments, clinical services, employment if applicable, and other outside activities. Ensuring Epiphany's driving policy is being followed and if an accident occurs, accident policy is followed
Performing Urinalysis as assigned, reading urinalysis results on a 12-panel, and reporting and recording appropriate documentation as well as communicating to appropriate supervisor.
Performing breathalyzers on clients as assigned. Reporting any results over 0.00 to on call supervisor
Reporting and completing shift notes for each shift
Following chain of command at all times. Being aware of when and how to report any, and all issues on shift, including but not limited to facilities, clients and other staff
Building positive relationships with clients and staff
Utilizing group chat when on shift for communication with other staff and supervisor
Flexibility - scheduling (coverage can be needed at any time). Client schedule changes, last-minute intakes, behavioral issues etc.
Searching client belongings upon intake, vehicles, and rooms as assigned by Supervisor
Reporting Suicidal Ideation and Homicidal Ideations of any and all patients
Completing client intakes, following all steps as outlined intake protocol
Crisis intervention included but not limited to client altercation (verbal or physical), relapse, behavioral issues
AMA blocking as needed
Facilitating “Empower Hour” multiple times a week with appropriate documentation
Client individuals weekly for all clients on the mental health track with documentation
Complete CSSRS as assigned for clients who report suicidal ideation
Facilitating client rules and responsibilities, and reporting non-compliance to supervisor
What you will need for this position:
Minimum of one (2) year in the mental health field (preferred).
Working knowledge of 12-Step Program, AA or NA (preferred).

In-Person Classes: Typically scheduled Tuesday through Thursday. Locations are not specified in the initial email; candidates must use HealthStream to confirm class locations on the day of. Note: The POCT (Point-of-Care Testing) class is required but not part of orientation week.
Unit-Based Orientation: Scheduled by the manager following initial classes.
Badge ID: Instructions for scheduling an in-person appointment to receive the ID badge will be provided. Photo submissions are not permitted; the badge must be obtained during orientation. It is required for clocking in.
Important Note: Failure to complete the full orientation will result in immediate termination. Once scheduled, candidates do not have the option to reschedule any classes.

The PatientCareTechnician (PCT) provides care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process to deliver prescribed treatments. Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 4:30am and are set upon hiring; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
Compensation: Pay range from $23-$28 per hour, depending on healthcare experience; experience not required

What You Can Expect:
Actively participate in infection control, risk management and patient education activities
Guide new patients through 120-day education plan
Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
Role under RN supervision
Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment
Insert and remove patient access needles
Monitor patients during dialysis, document changes and inform charge nurse of any concerns
Calculate patient's weight loss to reach dry weight
Determine patientcare priorities and organize work load accordingly
Maintain professional working relationship, observing patient privacy and rights

Mental Health Technicians are responsible for the following:

Primary function:
The PatientCareTechnician (PCT)(CNA) supports activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. How you will change lives
As a PatientCareTechnician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team providing care and delegated activities of treatment to patients. The PCT will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN) for patients with renal failure.
What you'll be doing
Patientcare. You will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. Responsibilities include gathering patient stats before and after treatment, initiating treatment, monitoring patients during treatment, terminating treatment, and collecting patient blood samples per physician orders.
Technician Duties. You will ensure quality comes first by preparing machines for hemodialysis treatments, cleaning and disinfecting machines after treatment, and conducting machine safety checks and logging results for quality control, ensuring all protocols and regulations are followed.
Safety and Quality. You will use appropriate safety measures, including personal protective equipment. Working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, you will adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations. You will participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
What we're looking for
High school graduate or equivalent
Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients in need
Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus
Other requirements
Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency, within 8 weeks of hire.
Successful completion of USRC training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis within 8 weeks of hire.
CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or as required by the state.
PatientCareTechnician certification must be obtained through a state certification program or national commercially available certification program within 18 months of hire date and maintained in good standing thereafter.
Ability to distinguish all primary colors
Must be comfortable with mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.

Mobile Health Technician Minimum Qualifications

Mobile Health Technician Primary Responsibilities
Travel by air and road to client sites with up to 75% travel to assigned areas. Drive a company issued mobile testing unit (specially equipped 26 ft. truck or 13 ft. sprinter van) to client sites. You will provide quality service to clients by conducting hearing tests, respirator fit clearance tests, vision tests, and taking vitals. You will manage client data collection and ensure timely submission to the corporate office.
Mobile Health Technician Basic Job Requirements
Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
Valid driver's license in state of residence with a good driving record. (REAL ID required)
DOT medical card required prior to start of employment. (6-month card required)
Post Offer Employment Test (POET) required before first day of work.
Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, networking, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity.

Overview The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard is a trusted provider of behavioral health and addiction recovery services in Philadelphia. We deliver evidence-based, culturally and spiritually responsive care through inpatient and outpatient programs, helping individuals achieve long-term wellness and recovery.
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technicians (MHTs) to join our Behavioral Medicine team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting patients with mental health and substance use disorders in a structured treatment setting.
Important: All new hires must be able to attend a mandatory 5-day orientation (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) before starting their schedule. Attendance is required for employment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care, observation, and recovery support for patients in psychiatric and behavioral health units
Monitor patient behavior, mood, and physical condition, reporting significant changes promptly
Document all observations, interventions, and activities in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Lead or assist in therapeutic, psychoeducational, and recovery-based groups
Conduct routine safety rounds and participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
Support patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including meals, hygiene, and mobility assistance
Assist nursing and clinical staff with maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
Promote trauma-informed, patient-centered care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
Maintain compliance with confidentiality standards, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, mental health, detox, or substance use treatment required
Experience working with dual diagnosis populations strongly preferred
Certifications:
CPR certification required and must be from a hands-on course (online-only certifications are not accepted)
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification preferred or ability to complete upon hire
Skills:
Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
Ability to manage crisis situations and utilize de-escalation techniques effectively
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Commitment to maintaining professionalism and therapeutic boundaries
Work Environment
Frequent walking, standing, and interaction with patients in high-acuity behavioral health units

Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties
Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to resident and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPN
Complete required annual medication training
Provide resident care to ensure care needs are met according to the resident's care plan
Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents in the deliver of services to them
Qualifications
Successful completion of Medication Technician training and periodic competency testing

Strong Communication Skills
Observes & reports changes in residents' physical condition, cognition & emotional status to Supervisor.

Physical Abilities
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
