Drew Mercer is a CEO at PayGround and is based in Gilbert, Arizona. He has worked as Regional Director at ShareCare, VP at Experian, and College Intern Director at Northwestern Mutual. Drew studied at Grand Canyon University between 2011 and 2013 and Biola University between 2004 and 2008.

I've spent my professional life in small businesses and in healthcare, and today find myself as the founder and head-of-listening-to-customers at a company called PayGround that I co-founded in 2019.

My philosophy is driven by the idea that entrepreneurs and business owners want to grow, but not 'at all costs'. This isn't Silicon Valley. You care about practicing your craft, maintaining your reputation, running your operations smoothly and without stress, and yes - financial results. You deeply love collaborating with others, but fiercely value your autonomy.
