Qualification Here's what you need: * Workday Partner Certification * Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role * Minimum of 2 years of HCM Implementations (Recruiting and/or Talent) * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year of work experience.
