Jason Pickett is the Chief Executive Officer of Peak Utility Services Group. Headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado Peak Utility Services Group is a provider of Engineering and Construction services for the utility industry serving the Natural Gas, Electric Power and Telecommunications markets. Peak operates across 11 states through 4 operating companies with a combined 1,600 employees.

Jason joined Peak in 2018 from one of its operating companies, SiteWise Corporation, a leading natural gas utility construction provider headquartered in Denver, CO, where he served as President. Prior to joining SiteWise in 2016, Jason spent 15 years at Kinder Morgan (NYSE:KMI) and SourceGas as an Operations Executive overseeing multi-state operations for the company’s transmission and distribution assets in Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.

Jason began his career as a Government & Public Affairs representative with Kinder Morgan and later moved into engineering and operations management roles. He was part of the divestiture of the utility assets at Kinder Morgan in 2007 and played a key role in the startup of SourceGas, LLC where he continued to take on roles with increasing responsibility. Jason has a diverse background in utility construction services, mergers & acquisitions, utility rate making and regulatory proceedings and, in the design, and execution of complex growth strategies.

Jason graduated from Washburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is actively involved in multiple industry associations.

Ms. Reininger started as Chief Human Resources Officer of Peak in late 2018. She has over 20 years of Human Resources experience including mergers & acquisitions, organizational & leadership development, employer & labor relations, strategic workforce planning, and continuous improvement spanning multiple industries.

Ms. Reininger earned a Masters degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Iowa State University, and a Collective Bargaining Certification from Cornell University.

Troy Vallier joined Peak Utility Services Group as the Chief Financial Officer in 2021. He brings with him extensive executive experience in accounting, finance, operations, IT and M&A.

Troy is the former CFO of a restoration contractor firm and has held senior level roles at Salis Holdings, Arrow Electronics, Atkinson Construction and Level 3 Communications.

Throughout his career, Troy has focused on helping companies improve their bottom line through successful team engagement, effective communication, strategic planning, and innovative process improvements.

Troy received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
