Prior to joining Aehr, Mr. Erickson served as Corporate Officer and Senior Vice President & General Manager of Verigy’s memory test business. Prior to that, Mr. Erickson was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Agilent Technologies’ Semiconductor Memory Test products. He has over 23 years of executive and general management, operations,marketing, sales, and R&D program management experience dating back to the late 1980s, when he began his career in semiconductor test with Hewlett-Packard’s Automated Test Group. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.

At the end of February 2016 after four years in the role, I retired as President of The Knowles Teacher Initiative. Prior to that, I spent over 35 years in the Financial Industry as an Investment Banker and Venture Capitalist. Over the years, I have served on the Board of Directors of numerous publicly-held and private Corporations, including Metrologic Instruments, Inc., Mothers Work, Inc. (now Destination Maternity), Intelligent Electronics, Inc., and The JPM Company. I am currently on the Board of CSS Industries, Inc., a NYSE listed consumer products company.I have been a Trustee of numerous non-profit organizations, including, most recently the Knowles Teacher Initiative,the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Woodlynde School.I have been a guest lecturer on the topic of Investment Banking at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, The Fox School of Business at Temple University and Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
