As Performance of a Lifetime (POAL)’s managing partner, Maureen Kelly has led the company in a decade of extraordinary growth, both as a profitable business, and in the quality, sophistication, and variety of the programs we bring to our clients As a consultant and coach to senior executives around the world, and with her global team of performance coaches, Maureen brings a talent and passion for driving business results by growing top talent. She brings 25 years of experience as both an accomplished entrepreneur and corporate executive in financial services to her work with clients, which focuses on comprehensive leadership solutions that position and ready leaders to close the gap between their vision and the status quo. Her recent client work includes developing senior engineering talent as strategists, working with the top 1000 executives responsible for transforming how their financial services organization goes to market, and coaching senior women who are navigating their careers in the C-suite. Maureen’s leadership has been instrumental in achieving POAL’s social mission — to bring our revolutionary approach to transformation and human development to all, especially those living and working in the poorest communities who need and deserve the best. Through pro bono and low-fee leadership programs and the company’s ongoing financial support to community-based nonprofits, POAL clients are contributing to making the world a better place. Maureen began her career in marketing with Citibank, where she led several global product development initiatives. As a vice president, Maureen made a career shift into the field of organizational development and helped to create one of Citibank’s first internal organizational effectiveness consulting groups. She has also held executive positions at JPMorgan Chase and the boutique consulting firm Vector Strategic Resources. She earned her Masters in organizational psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, and completed her postgraduate studies and clinical work in psychology at the East Side Institute for Group and Short Term Psychotherapy. She received her BS in finance and international relations from the University of Delaware.
