What You'll Do :
+ Reset and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
+ New item cut-ins and shelf management.
+ Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
+ Reporting service and visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
What We're Looking For :
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Must be available Monday - Thursday, starting at 7 am. Occasional Fridays.
+ Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
+ Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
+ Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.
+ Experience with planograms is preferred.

The Opportunity
We're now hiring a Mid Shift Dry Packaging Machine Operator to operate and maintain the general operation of a line, to ensure continuous quality, efficiency, sanitation, and safety of that line. This position will report to the mid shift supervisor and mid shift assistant supervisor.
Essential Duties:
General knowledge of daily extrusion and production reports
Communicate with Supervisor/Foreman on all production concerns
Communicate with Extruder Operators on product times and bin space
Starting and setting up all required equipment for production
Controlling packaging materials, code dates, expiration dates, stickers and any items unique to product specs
Controls product quality, packaging quality, contamination, weight controls and line efficiency
Will do general maintenance and repairs on equipment and assist maintenance personnel
Will perform all equipment adjustments and change overs and troubleshoot equipment when problems occur
Complete all daily reports in legible manner, special projects as assigned
Assist in controlling packaging from warehouse, assist in supervising all line workers required on line
Operator will assist other lines when needed, perform all other duties assigned, assist training of all line worker
Complete knowledge of bin, product distribution, product delivery and blending systems
Coordinate all record keeping and charting to include cleaning schedule, packaging yields and efficienc
Assist Supervisor and Foreman as needed to control packaging area
Qualifications
General mathematical ability and basic computer skills
Must not be afraid of heights, ability to climb 150 feet
Be able to meet physical requirements necessary for this position
Be willing to work hours and shifts as required by the supervisor
Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English
Working in loud and at times dusty and hot environment
Willing and able to get along with others. Be willing to fill in on other shifts as required by supervisor.

As an EHS Intern , you'll work closely with our EHS Coordinator and various other team members.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

Focus on Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, forklift safety, and machine guarding
Track, trend, and analyze safety observations, near misses, and incident data
Identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities to reduce risk and prevent injuries
Participate in incident investigations by gathering details, documenting findings, and assisting with corrective action follow-ups
Provide general support to the EHS/People Safety department by helping with compliance reporting, recordkeeping, and communication of safety initiatives
Unique Projects:
LOTO Procedure Development
Update or create LOTO procedures for selected production lines
Capture photos of isolation points and review drafts with operators and maintenance staff
Hearing Conservation Data Analysis
Compile noise dosimetry results and trend data for high-exposure areas
Recommend potential engineering or administrative controls
Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Review and update JSAs for targeted departments
Ensure hazards and controls align with current operations and SOPs

The position of a lifeguard should not be treated lightly, so we're looking for a qualified and responsible individual who can meet all our requirements.
Main Responsibilities of a Lifeguard:
Oversee all activities and identifying safety issues.
Recognize signs of danger.
Perform first aid procedures as necessary.
Be in the pool area and in uniform 10 minutes before you shift begins.
Wear designated uniform on duty (swimsuit, shorts and Holmes Center lifeguard staff shirt).
Be aware of schedule and schedule changes.
Greet users cordially, making an effort to learn and use their names.
Record attendance accurately and in a timely manner.
Direct traffic during lap swim.
Strictly enforce pool rules, with an emphasis on โpreventive guarding.โ
Lifeguard on duty will tour pool at least every 15 minutes during shift. This involves walking the entire circle of the pool, specifically observing the bottom, sides and spa as well as looking for any potential hazards.
Perform first aid as necessary.
File all reports in a timely manner, including but not limited to: incidents and accidents
Thoroughly know and follow emergency procedures.
First and last lifeguards of the day observe opening and closing procedures respectively.
Promptly report maintenance problems to Fitness and Aquatic Director and the Facilities Director.
Attend monthly meetings.
Pick up debris on deck and do all other appropriate tasks assigned by Fitness and Aquatic Director.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds or more.
Other duties as deemed necessary by the Fitness and Aquatic Director.
The lifeguard's conduct greatly affects the public's attitude toward the facility.
Responsibilities of a Lifeguard:
Closely monitoring pool-related activities.
Monitoring weather reports to ensure everyone's safety.
Directing swimmers outside the water in hazardous conditions.
Providing assistance to patrons.
Providing emergency care until the arrival of medical services.
Performing maintenance duties to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Explaining and enforcing the rules, regulations, and policies.
Maintaining appropriate activity reports.
Lifeguard Job Requirements:
Applicants must hold current certification in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid. Must have ability to maintain control of pool and enforce safety rules in a considerate but firm manner.
