This position may require travel in the US. * Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree. * 7+ years of Information Technology experience. * Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud * Candidate should be Techno-Functional or functional resource and Functional background must be HCM domain. * Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional Consultant (specifically in ORC module). * Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud - Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management - driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments. * 3+ years of hands-on experience in working Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management. * Working knowledge on Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI. * Demonstrate high understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and support existing functionality and integrations with other systems and effectively. * Consultative approach for Upgrades, best practice recommendations. * Experience in production support - app upgrades, incidents, and service requests resolution as well as problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage. * Provide hands - on leadership, coaching, mentoring to other members and experience as well as the desire to work in global delivery model. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
