Academic Professional Activities
Management of the Conservation Laboratory:
* Manages the long-term and daily activities of the Conservation Laboratory, including evaluating laboratory facilities, inventory, equipment, and procedures, and monitoring and maintaining safe working conditions and security.
* Plans, schedules, manages, budgets for, and evaluates preservation and conservation programs and projects.
* Supervises staff, students, and/or volunteers within the lab.
* Prepares budget and capital equipment requests for laboratory operations.
* Develops, maintains and implements policies, procedures and standards for activities that involve preservation (the activities that protect collections by minimizing chemical and physical deterioration and damage and that prevent loss of informational content), and conservation (preventive care and interventive treatment of objects guided by the professional Code of Ethics and Guidelines for Practice of the American Institute for Conservation).
* Maintains records and documentation, including condition surveys, condition reports for loans, conservation treatment reports, and technical study reports related to repatriation.
Physical Care of Collections:
* Determines priorities for preservation and engages in activities that protect the collections or individual artifacts from harm.
* Assesses conservation needs of all ASM collections including, but not limited to, preventive conservation, examination, condition assessment, materials characterization, risk assessment, documentation, and interventive conservation treatment.
* Advises on optimum environmental standards for the preservation of the collections in all areas where artifacts are located. Makes recommendations related to temperature, relative humidity, lighting, environmental stability, and air cleanliness based on established professional standards, the regional climate, and sustainability.
* Leads or collaborates on preventive conservation initiatives, including collections condition assessments, pesticides studies, storage upgrades, rehousing projects, environmental monitoring, integrated pest management, and emergency preparedness and response.

Complete daily schedule objectives in a timely manner in accordance with SOPs.

Ensure all plants are fed appropriately by monitoring moisture levels of grow medium.
Inspect and monitor plant pressures including pest, fungal, bacterial, viruses, and all plant health issues.
Follow IPM schedule and wear appropriate PPE when drenching or spraying.
Manage plants throughout grow cycle until harvest including transplanting, water, pruning, and inspecting plant and environment data.
Complete daily maintenance of Mother plants, including trimming, pruning, and de-fanning.
Help take and transplant cuts from Mothers to train and grow young plants.

5. Requests and tracks referral documents and may assist in making follow-up calls to patients and specialty providers as needed.

Follow IPM schedule and wear appropriate PPE when drenching or spraying.
Manage plants throughout grow cycle until harvest including transplanting, water, pruning, and inspecting plant and environment data.
Complete daily maintenance of Mother plants, including trimming, pruning, and de-fanning.
Help take and transplant cuts from Mothers to train and grow young plants.
Ensure all tools and materials are kept in clean, sanitary, and working condition.
Maintain a sanitary environment by following cleaning and sanitation SOP of all growth rooms.
Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge of Arizona marijuana laws and regulations or willingness to learn.
Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of AZDHS, HIPAA, and Arizona State.
Physical requirements:
Ascending or descending ladders or stairs.
Standing for prolonged periods of time.
Operating machinery and/or power tools.
Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Under the supervision of certified Project Inspire Special Educators, provides health services support and assistance, including therapeutic interaction and personal care, to students with multiple (severe and profound) disabilities to attend and/or function in an educational setting. Enhances learning environment of physically, emotionally, and mentally challenged multiple disabled students through individualized focus on daily living and learning skills; provides instructional support to certified teachers on an as-needed basis. Inclusion Assistants work at multiple sites throughout the District.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Provides direct medical health services and support to students during seizures, tracheotomy suctioning and changing, respiratory support, "G" tube feedings (bolus and continuous), supported oral motor functions for eating, catheterization, medication administration (oral and "G" tube), CPR and First Aide;
* Provides direct assistance for students to reach daily personal care and personal hygiene goals;
* Develops student-centered, age appropriate, functional and meaningful adaptations and accommodations;

* Encourages students to participate in decision-making, counseling, social, recreational, vocational, day and other activities identified in students' person-centered individualized education plans;
