I’m an MBA, a CPA, and a people person-an unexpected combination, and my creative advantage.

My career started with experience in audit for large accounting firms (Deloitte, PwC) where I learned to dig deep, ask the right questions, and create a path forward for clients. Working for companies with little to no structure or processes in place (and some going through bankruptcy) taught me the importance of creating business structures correctly the first time.

Learning how business works from an accounting point of view gave me a unique perspective: my numbers background helps me analyze the details while my diverse experience allows me to see the big picture, the result is that I can oftentimes anticipate needs before they arise. In my role at Personiv, I’ve been able to grow the FAO service line from the ground up, leading project-based work and connecting clients with the right talent for consistent, optimized accounting solutions.

Relationships are what drive me, and I can truly say that I love what I do. As an extrovert with a finance background-and a CPA for over 20 years-I speak the language of accounting, empathize with my clients’ pain points, and quickly understand their needs and goals.

Personally, I strive to create a life of balance for myself and my family. Food is my passion: I love to cook and experience cultures through amazing flavors. I balance my hobby with Orangetheory classes, my favorite form of exercise. I live to travel, and a strong sense of wanderlust has me exploring the world whenever I get the opportunity (including regular work trips to India and the Philippines!)
