Strong situational leader capable of not only delivering sustainable growth but also proven ability to rationalise cost base and expand geographical footprint to maximise market opportunity.Following a number of successful roles in the USA was returned to the UK in 2013 as an internal promotion to take responsibility for 50% of a FTSE 250 plc as Managing Director Europe, responsible for 39 sites across the continent, generating £500m sales p.a., leading 4,000 employeesKEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Drove European Region sales from £363M - £544M sales p.a., delivering 33% profit rise over 3 year period.• M&A integration consolidating 50 sites to 39 sites in 18 months, both to simplify the operating base and deliver synergy savings. • Conversion of two independent acquisitions (USA and UK) into one unified Global Division yielding sales rise from $41M - $52M p.a. and profit rise from $9M - $12M over 2 year period.• Established and executed 5 year plan to convert failing zero profit business to a profitable $5.6M p.a. entity.
