Develop familiarity with warranty and service policy, financing options, and dealership technology (e.g., TSP, SCQ, etc.)
Conduct yourself in a professional manner with industry personnel, vendors and customers.
Obtain a valid CDL driver s license and medical card within six (6) months of hire date.
Submit Targeting Plans, progress reports and customer intelligence as required by Management including necessary data to maintain a customer relationship management system.

What will I do all day?

You promote all steps of the sale, such as vehicle appraisal, test drives, and the finance application process.
You provide continuing customer support by following up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
You become and remain knowledgeable about all company products, as well as specific selling tools
You gain familiarity with other company products and services, including lease agreements, warranty and insurance products, etc.
You are cognizant of competitive practices, including equipment, prices, models, and sales practices
You perform direct sales tasks on the dealership floor/lot and at special events.
You develop sales contacts; set personal monthly sales goals; attend regular staff meetings.
