In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Build and work directly with your patient panel to drive clinical outcomes and results. Spearhead patient enrollment, device management, and data interpretation for RPM. Collaborate on medication management with supervising providers. Participate and lead topic discussions for current staff and residents. Precept PGY-1 Students and participate in our Fellowship Program. Develop individualize care plans based on specific patient needs. Provide recommendations or implement therapy changes, when necessary. Requirements: Must Haves: A current, valid pharmacist license to practice in North Carolina. Current CPR certification. Certification for Immunization.
