Job DescriptionDescription: Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients. Measure, mix, count out, label, and record medication dosages. Receive and confirm prescription orders from patients and medical professionals. Enter patient and prescription information into pharmacy computer systems. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Manage pharmacy inventory and place orders for stock as needed. Answer customer questions, provide information about medications, and direct complex inquiries to the pharmacist. Process insurance claims and resolve any billing issues.
