About the role
The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support operational excellence, compliance, and employee development for the Byesville, OH facility. This role ensures that all training initiatives align with Kerry's standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement goals.
Key responsibilities
Delivery & Facilitation of various training programs.
- Create any training resources needed, including work instructions and Alchemy content.
- Identify training needs and opportunities throughout Kerry Byesville.
- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
- Support and embrace CI (Continuous Improvement) culture and methodology.
- Follow compliance & standards.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and promoting the skills matrix program.
- Ensure training meets Kerry SOPs, HSE guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for all training activities.
- Ensure timely re-certification for mandatory programs (e.g., HSE, WHMIS, forklift).
- Track training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ability to collaborate with all departments
- Partner with HR, department managers, and PMO to align training with business needs.
- Support onboarding and career development programs.
- Any other task assigned by the Department Manager or the Plant Director

The pay range for this position is $64,479 - $105,272 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Job Description
THE POSITION:
The Program Specialist II will provide dedicated support to Spanish speaking patients and their doctors for activities related to benefit coverage, payments, reimbursements, denials and general inquiry phone calls through our patient services support center when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
Provide dedicated, personalized support delivered over the phone and via online portal.
Complete investigations and answer questions regarding insurance benefits, including information about coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Collaborate with patients and doctors to assist with issues related to payments, reimbursements, payment denials, and appeals. Make outbound calls to customers for additional information.
Assist with prior authorization and medical necessity processes, benefit verification and prior authorization assistance.
Administer comprehensive searches for alternate reimbursement resources, such as state and federal assistance programs, and enrollment assistance for qualified patients.
Respond to inquiries from customers, sales representatives and business partners, and follow up on requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Maintain positive attitude and a helpful approach to customers and clients.
Enter orders, change orders, track shipments, and enter customer notes to complete customer/consumer transactions. To include maintaining logs and records as required.
Process patient assistance applications according to business rules of program.
Other tasks and projects as assigned

About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
· You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
· You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
· You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
· You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
· Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees

The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $135,000. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.

THE POSITION:
The Program Specialist II will provide dedicated support to Spanish speaking patients and their doctors for activities related to benefit coverage, payments, reimbursements, denials and general inquiry phone calls through our patient services support center when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide dedicated, personalized support delivered over the phone and via online portal.
Complete investigations and answer questions regarding insurance benefits, including information about coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Collaborate with patients and doctors to assist with issues related to payments, reimbursements, payment denials, and appeals. Make outbound calls to customers for additional information.
Assist with prior authorization and medical necessity processes, benefit verification and prior authorization assistance.
Administer comprehensive searches for alternate reimbursement resources, such as state and federal assistance programs, and enrollment assistance for qualified patients.
Respond to inquiries from customers, sales representatives and business partners, and follow up on requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Maintain positive attitude and a helpful approach to customers and clients.
Enter orders, change orders, track shipments, and enter customer notes to complete customer/consumer transactions. To include maintaining logs and records as required.
Process patient assistance applications according to business rules of program.

Scope of Work Summary (Sterile Processing Department - SPD):
Responsible for reprocessing and managing surgical instrumentation per IFU, HSPA/AAMI standards, and hospital policy.
Works alongside SPD staff to ensure timely, compliant reprocessing of Stryker and hospital-owned instruments.
Core Responsibilities:
· Decontaminate and assemble rigid scopes, cameras, light cords, and power instrumentation.
· Perform in-line function testing (leak, sharpness, insulation, or power checks).
· Wrap and containerize sets for sterilization per IFU.
· Maintain and update Stryker-managed instrumentation lists in collaboration with SPD leadership.
· Facilitate repairs, replacements, and instrument tracking per hospital protocols.
· Communicate with SPD and OR leaders regarding equipment readiness and process improvements.
Certifications:
· CRCST required within 6 months of hire (per Stryker and state legislation).
· Ongoing annual continuing education required.
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
