Stephen R. Collins is a decisive and energetic growth oriented business leader with extensive management expertise and experience particularly in developing, disruptive and rapidly growing markets. Collins’ experience ranges from Big 4 audit to consumer products in emerging markets to the early days of online advertising to enterprise software and SaaS and most recently social media and e-commerce. During his career in technology Collins has held the titles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Innovation Officer reflecting his diverse skills and effectiveness as a leader. Also, Collins has extensive international experience having lived abroad and worked in more than 20 different countries.

Steve’s 30 years of software experience and 25 years of direct sales management experience make him an important addition to our board. As Domo’s COO, he currently leads the company’s client services team, bringing value to customers through consulting, education and ongoing engagement. In years prior, Steve served as Senior Vice President at Omniture, where he helped contribute to the company’s record growth. Steve has been involved in many M&A transactions from inception through integration into parent and maintained SaaS services revenue at 100% plus year-over-year-year growth for four straight years. Steve has received a number of district, regional and national sales awards, and has been integral in planning, strategy, and taking private companies public.

Yuval Baron co-founded AlgoSec in 2004 and has served as its CEO and Chairman since its inception. Prior to founding AlgoSec, Mr. Baron co-founded Actelis Networks Inc. in 1998 and served as its CEO. Actelis Networks is a provider of high performance broadband over copper solutions. During his tenure, Actelis Networks raised $75 million from investors including USVP, NEA, Carlyle, France Telecom and Sumitomo. Prior to Actelis, Mr. Baron served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at RIT Technologies, a provider of network infrastructure solutions for data centers and communication networks. At RIT, he built a distribution network across 55 countries and drove revenue growth which led to a successful IPO. Prior to RIT, Mr. Baron spent a decade with Comverse Technology, a global provider of telecom business solutions. Mr. Baron has a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Economics (Cum Laude) and an MBA in Finance.
