Most recently she led the HR strategy for global FinTech company Vesta Corporation. Mid-career, Jodi took a break from HR to lead several professional services firms in growing their Atlanta practice P&Ls, including RGP (spun off from Deloitte), North Highland Consulting, and RSM (formerly McGladrey). She has an undergraduate degree in marketing from Stetson University in Florida, and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Georgia.

Steve Bahlmann has been Phobio’s Chief Commercial Officer since November 2019. Steve first joined the wireless technology/telecommunications industry in 2002 at Motorola, where he led global initiatives for the $25 billion sales team. He also headed up Motorola’s global CDMA product development organization, where his teams launched 16 unique wireless handsets. Steve satisfied his entrepreneurial spirit in 2008 when he launched a successful business called Broadband Options, LLC and managed it for the next seven years. In 2014, he accepted a role at Brightstar Corporation. After serving as the General Manager of Brightstar’s Hong Kong entity for nearly a year, he ultimately built a highly successful business unit for the company in Canada.

Steve earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1998.
