About the Role
We're seeking candidates who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoy the challenge and variety urgent care provides. A minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred; occupational medicine experience is a plus but not required.
What You'll Do
Provide medical care to patients of all ages
Conduct histories, physical exams, lab testing, simple procedures, and prescribe treatments
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Follow infection control and safety protocols, especially with sharps and body fluids
Uphold a professional, customer-centered environment
Lead and guide the clinic team when needed, with a supportive, teaching-focused approach
Remain flexible and assist with tasks outside your typical scope when necessary
Contribute to improving clinic flow and supporting our mission and values
