Minimum Requirements and Competencies: A Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent 4 years work experience required. At least two years of experience in organizing political, nonpartisan, issue-based, or candidate campaigns on the national and/or state level. Demonstrated strong initiative and project management skills.
