Develops and revises an evidenced based nutrition care plan to meet patient's nutrition needs.
Provides nutritional support to patients receiving enteral or parenteral nutrition
Educates patients and family members to ensure understanding of appropriate nutrition needs to support illness, promote recovery and improve function
Participates in multi-disciplinary rounds, committees and support groups
Acts as preceptor to nutrition interns
Ensures patient satisfaction, quality care, regulatory agency compliance, and good public relations are achieved through the safe and efficient use of

Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Entry Level - Minimum one (1) year work experience as a dietitian preferred.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current Licensure in the State of GA as a Dietitian
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration).
