Job Purpose/Summary:
Installs, repairs, and maintains diesel engines and HAZMAT tankers. General maintenance as required.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for maintenance and repairs on transport trucks, trailers and pickups.
Participate in on-call rotation schedule.
Ensure proper D.O.T., state inspection and insurance papers are included in the cab data book.
May operate fork lift and company assigned pickup.
Familiar with all safety procedures for working with electricity, engines, compressors and material safety data sheets for related materials.
May work in proximity to significant hazards (H2S, chemicals, high voltage, elevated heights, volatile liquids, etc.), which require safety accommodations and/or procedures.
Perform brake jobs, troubleshooting, electrical problems, and inspect equipment (turbo, engine, a/c, all electrical).
Perform state truck and trailer inspections.
Demonstrate ability to make independent decisions and reports work progress routinely.
Proficient with paperwork, inspection compliance and records keeping.
Work independently and able to initiate and manage outside repairs.
Assist in scheduling trucks for maintenance and inspections.
Assist in maintaining Safety Data Sheets.
Work under indirect and occasional supervision.
May occasionally lead and train other mechanics.
Fill in for the lead mechanic when needed.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Intermediate mechanical aptitude and familiarity with diesel and gasoline engines, electronics and testing equipment.
Basic math skills required to take measurements, change speedometers, read manuals and perform service work.
Applicable safety training, licenses and certifications for the job assignment.
Must have own tools (Tool Allowance provided).
Must have and maintain a valid Class C operator driver's license to operate company pickup trucks; CDL license is preferred.
Successfully pass pre-employment background check (including MVR) and drug testing.

Key Responsibilities
Value Delivery: Deliver white-glove onboarding and ongoing technical guidance for Managed XSIAM customers
Collect and analyze customer security data to identify improvement opportunities in detection coverage, alert quality, tenant hygiene, and potential automation use cases
Advise customers on best practices for alert tuning, data onboarding, and correlation optimization
Drive continuous improvement in customer security posture and measurable time-to-value outcomes
Operational Excellence: Manage incoming customer requests, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with the SOC engineering team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Lead customer touchpoints, including onboarding sessions, security reviews, and proactive engagement meetings
Translate complex detection and response concepts into actionable guidance for diverse audiences
Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with Unit 42's SOC engineering, Product, and MDR teams to ensure consistent service quality and cross-functional alignment
Collaborate with the SOC engineering team to design and implement automation workflows that enhance detection, response, and reporting efficiency
Champion customer needs internally, advocating for enhancements and escalations where needed
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and scalable frameworks for the Managed XSIAM service
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Security Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or SOC operations (preferably within enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS environments)
Strong understanding of XDR, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, including incident and alert management, correlation development, and data source onboarding
Demonstrated experience collaborating with security analysts, engineers, and threat hunters in operational environments
Excellent communication skills-able to explain complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and managing complex customer needs

Salary Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $127600/YR - $206500/YR. Responsibilities:
Perform testing and troubleshooting of PCBA electronics using standard test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, differential probes, current probes, multimeters, signal generators, power meters, and power supplies.
Record test results and identify any anomalies, defects, or deviations from specifications.
Document and report test findings to the engineering team, providing clear and concise information on identified issues and recommended solutions.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to address any design or manufacturing issues that may arise during testing.
Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methodologies and procedures to improve overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Continuously expand knowledge of electronics principles and industry best practices to enhance job performance and support company growth.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCBA electronics testing environment.
Solid understanding of electronics principles and the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Proficiency in using standard test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and power supplies.
Attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
