Objectives
Individual is responsible for determining the financial eligibility of applicants for public assistance programs. Individual refers recipients to needed services within the community. Individual maintains ongoing eligibility for assistance. Individual reports to Assistant Director/designee.
Job Standards
Associates degree in Human, Social Services, Education or Sociology desired. Two (2) years related paid work experience including experience in budgeting, public relations, office practices and procedures and interviewing may be considered in lieu of degree. Individual is required to take classes mandated by the State. Must possess a valid Ohio Driver's License and acceptable driving record. Must meet and maintain qualifications for driving on county business as a continued condition of employment. All required licenses and certificates must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
Essential Functions
* Determines eligibility for public assistance programs using available resources based upon information provided by applicants;
* Re-determines eligibility for Public Assistance at specified intervals plus as frequently as reports of changes are received from clients and/or other sources;
* Secures (from client and/or other sources) and evaluates required documentation of specified information necessary to the determination of eligibility;
* Compares income/household information from other sources (data matches) with information in case record. Checks to ensure all required information is correct. Ensures all information has been processed in accordance with State, Federal and County policy. Summarizes reviews in case record;
* Consults and works in conjunction with eligibility workers and Employment Counselors;
* Supports Income Maintenance and other programs by working with local agencies to include writing and monitoring contracts, attending meetings, conferences, workshops, training sessions, and performing a variety of public relations duties;
* Devises correspondence completes forms and develops reports associated with the public assistance operation;
* Performs inquiry using computer system for intake, re-applications, changes and other similar administrative requirements;
* Provides case management functions for clients including making referrals for community services and resources, particularly when client is faced with crisis or emergency;
* Responds to telephone calls regarding the screening for eligibility, receiving reports or changes from client, receiving information from another agency or private business, making referrals, and making calls to clients, providers, other agencies and the private sector;
* Meets with clients for intake and re-application, to report changes, ask for medical coverage verification, report of loss benefits or non-receipt of benefits, or replace benefits;
* Takes PRC applications and issues or denies benefits;
* Handles client complaints and public inquiries regarding programs; Accesses computer system for intake, re-applications, changes and other similar administrative requirements;
* Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance;
* Hold as confidential, all aspects of the job;
* Attends various training sessions, video conferences, and workshops; Performs typing, word processing, and related computer operations;
* Works overtime and outside of typical work schedule/business hours as required; and
* Other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the production equipment and plant facilities in a conscientious and reliable manner, consistent with Company / USDA / FDA standards. PRIMARY DUTIES:
Responsible for repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations.
Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
Utilize OEE tracking system to establish proactive strategy to reduce downtime.
Manage the activities based on the OEE software package, by assigning owners within your department and assure completion.
Lead the Maintenance Systems team to include motivation, training, performance and development.
Lead, manage and direct all activities for Planned Maintenance Pillar.
Assist in maintaining complete equipment maintenance records and Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules.
Assist in assessment and recommendation of Preventative Maintenance enhancements to new or existing PM schedules.
Supervise the completion of work through review of reports, frequent site inspections and conferences with operations and vendors regarding electrical & plumbing equipment, HVAC systems, electric motors, ventilating fans, air conditioning and electrical control units.
Establish criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by associates and contractors.
Investigate the condition of the buildings, equipment and grounds, and recommend improvements in the facilities to ensure that needs are met.
Promote safety throughout the entire maintenance organization.
Ensure building and equipment meet OSHA and State regulatory requirements.
Completes work orders and responds to maintenance calls in timely manner
Inventories spare parts and reports usage; suggests re-orders to Manager
Maintains neat and orderly work area; properly maintains tools
Troubleshooting identifying worn parts & rebuilding machine assemblies, pumps, valves, actuators, and any other equipment
Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis

REQUIREMENTS:
High School Education and at least 5 years of related experience and/or training are mandatory.

Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician

Performs emergency flood cleanup as assigned. Assists Police Department during building evacuations and emergencies.

Performs the maintenance and repair of stamping dies required to maintain quality and efficient production.
Performs in-press die repairs and trouble-shooting when necessary. Sets-up and operates die spotting presses to perform die making, die modification and die repair operations.
Takes ownership of die during maintenance and evaluates for issues beyond the requested repair.
Sets-up and operates TIG, MIG. Arc welders and grinders to accomplish tasks.
Reads engineering drawings/blueprints and follows verbal instructions to accomplish maintenance tasks.
Sets-up and operates conventional machine tools and fabrication equipment to perform machining and fabricating operations on machined parts, stamping dies, component parts, miscellaneous tooling and inspection fixtures.
May attend die trials as requested.
Wears protective equipment (PPE) such as bump cap, steel toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, Kevlar sleeves and gloves as per policy.
Supports departmental safety goals and points out safety violations/unsafe acts.
Reports and injuries or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
Follows safety regulations and policies, including lock-out procedures.
Keeps work area clean and picked up at all times. Maintains tools, tool boxes and equipment. Practice 5S.
Reports and equipment repairs required to supervisor. Reports low inventory of supplies and component supplies to supervisor.
Responsible for practicing proper lifting techniques when doing physical lifting.

Medical Equipment Technicians
are responsible for the delivery, set-up, patient education and pick up of DME equipment and pharmaceuticals to home care customers within a prescribed and assigned geographical area. The Medical Equipment Technician will make deliveries within the surrounding area. Responsibilities and Duties:
Determines with the Dispatch Coordinator the best daily route of the manifest for delivery of orders and pickup of equipment, and communicates with the Dispatch Coordinator on the completion of each stop.
