What you will do: Provide legendary service to 100+ Member calls a day Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while following policies and procedures Adhere to your assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment Receive career-development and the opportunity to promote to other positions What you will need: Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via ethernet (No DSL, satellite, hot spots, etc). Modem/router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 MBPS download and minimum 5 MBPS upload.
