Know all emergency signals, procedures, and equipment, and be able to demonstrate/use them. Minimum requirements include: Age 15 or older. American Red Cross Lifeguard (LG) required, completion by start date. Attend training and/or courses required by the State of Iowa and City of Indianola. This is a part-time position with a schedule that could require work during the workday, at night or on the weekends. This is a non-union classified position.
