Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify product quantity and quality, including finished products and raw materials, and resolve any discrepancies.
Identify, monitor and report on slow moving, obsolete, customer stock and over-ran inventory and/or raw materials.
Work with supervisors, shipping and warehouse personnel to develop methods to improve the ability to locate, identify and track inventory.
Participate in all physical inventories.

Assists in the administration and direction of all summer camp programming led by the Camp Director.
Creates and manages Camp Programming with the direction of GSTOP Council and Camp Director.
Communicates with the Camp Director on everything camp regularly and daily.
Assists the Camp Director with camp staff training.

Assists with check-in and check-out, welcomes families, troubleshoot. Makes sure all staff are accounted for, and units are prepared accordingly.
Stays vigilant with all American Camper Association (ACA) guidelines and continually monitor programming to ensure standards are kept.
Assists with the monitoring of safety and all procedures as they pertain to the complete supervision of all staff and campers.

Conducts daily meetings with Camp Directors to get and give updates on camp programming, staff, and campers.

Learns evacuation procedures.
