Jason Pinter is Vice President of Finance & Administration at SpotHero where he is responsible for leading the finance, accounting, legal, human resources and administrative functions of the business. Jason is a local tech veteran and joined SpotHero in 2015 after spending 10+ years working at Chicago-based digital technology companies including Orbitz and DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone). At Orbitz, Jason served on the core finance team for a global online travel roll-up with Cendant Corp, the subsequent breakup and sale to the Blackstone Group, and IPO of Orbitz Worldwide in 2007 for a market cap of $1.5B. Jason earned a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Matt Jackson is a COO at PRE Brands and is based in Greater Chicago Area. He has worked as Industrial Engineer Intern at Gulfstream Aerospace, Industrial Engineer Intern at General Dynamics Land Systems, and COO at Del Real Foods. Matt attended Mendoza College of Business between 2014 and 2016 and The Ohio State University between 2003 and 2008.

Patrick Cascarano is a Chief Financial Officer at PRE Brands, Executive Vice President of Finance at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo), and Corporate Strategy and M&A at Roadrunner Transportation Systems and is based in Chicago, Illinois. He has worked as Regulatory and Government Affairs Intern at NRG Energy; Executive Education Intern at Yale School of Management; and Co-Founder, Co-CEO at Captains Neck & Co.. Patrick works or has worked as Founder at Captains Neck Cocktail Co.. He attended Yale University between 2007 and 2011 and Glenbrook South High School between 2003 and 2007.
