Job Description
Position Summary:
The Machinist Level 2 sets up and operates a variety of machinist such as lathes, gundrilling machine, ball honing, manual lathes and precision grinders to make metal parts, mechanisms, tools or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions. Interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications. Uses a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Makes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds. Measures, marks and scribes dimensions and reference points to lay out stock for machining. Fits and assembles precision parts into mechanical equipment. Some machines may be numerically controlled. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Operates a mechanical hoist to move items to and from the machine
Reporting Relationships:
The Machinist Level 2 will report to the Production Manager.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Observe and implement Lean Manufacturing methods in all job assignments
* Maintain spindle turning at maximum at all times
* Ensure parts and tools are loaded correctly and that quality is consistently maintained throughout the assignment
* Change and adjust cutters under supervision as instructed
* Learn and adhere to University Swaging policies and procedures, particularly BQMS standards directly related to the work center
* Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2-year machining certificate preferred
* 2-3 years of experience preferred
* Knowledge of general machining processes using a wide variety of machine tools
* Understanding of CNC type machines and the processes they use, such as set-ups, monitoring, change-outs, etc.
* Know how to maintain a clean and orderly work area
* Blueprint reading and basic math skills
* Good manual dexterity
* Ability to professionally communicate and work cooperatively with others

Job Description
Position Summary:
The Tool Crib Attendant 1 receives stores, and issues tools, machine tool fixtures, dies, and measuring devices. They maintain records of tools issued to employees, take periodic inventory and requisitions stock as needed. They are responsible for reporting damaged, worn out, or missing equipment using computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain databases. Cleans, oils, and performs minor repairs on equipment. They will dispose of surplus or obsolete equipment in accordance with established procedure(s). They will ensure that measuring devices are periodically calibrated.
Reporting Structure:
The Tool Crib Attendant will report to the 2nd Shift Supervisor.
Schedule:
* Training schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5am-3:30pm, the individual will work for around 3 months or until they are able to work independently.
* Regular schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:20pm - 1:50am
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Review shop lists, MRP, and related work orders for supplies, material, and equipment requests
* Coordinate with supervision and team to prioritize work to shop requirements
* Ensure proper packaging and storage of inventory
* Order, stock, and count shop supplies, materials, and tools
* Store crib materials in an orderly fashion, maintaining min/max levels when required
* Support inventory audits and record results
* Record material debits/credits and support troubleshooting discrepancies
* Relabel stock and record changes in Inventory System
* Bring to supervision's attention anticipated downstream requests due to schedule, loss, and change requests
* Respond to expedited requests and coordinate materials for delivery to users as required
* Control/restock bin stock quantities
* Familiarize oneself with Accra processes and procedures including applicable MRP, Inventory System, and Business Quality Management System (BQMS) procedures as applicable
* Monitor and empty chip bins
* May occasionally perform special projects, perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:

* Understand and adhere to proper material storage requirements

JOB SUMMARY:
The Supplier Quality Manager will facilitate continuous improvements and problem solve for resolution of quality issues. * Ensures reliability and accuracy of products provided by the supply base. Ensures that disposition of nonconforming material is handled in a timely manner.
* Addresses deficiencies in the Suppliers' Performance Rating as it relates to quality, performance and delivery. Issues follow-up reports and corrective action reports and provides follow up and closure of nonconformance issues.
* Coordinates with suppliers all initiatives relating to supplier quality performance. Tracks performance trends and performs quality trend analysis from supplier base and facilitates corrective actions as appropriate.

Requisition Summary
The Lead Aircraft Technician reports to the Director of Maintenance and will be responsible for completing maintenance on company owned aircraft to include scheduled, unscheduled, flight discrepancies, due items, and inspections. Work closely with the Director of Maintenance and other mechanics to ensure assigned aircraft is airworthy and available for service, including additional duties assigned. With minimum supervision, complete the duties described in this section, including supporting paperwork (e.g., aircraft logbook entries, aircraft maintenance tracking program CAMP/CMP entries, PACCAR maintenance record keeping, etc.)
Job Functions / Responsibilities
* Postflight Inspections.
* Repair of discrepancies identified by a crew member or during maintenance.
* Update the Aircraft Maintenance Logbook prior to departure.
* Create a maintenance planning document for upcoming scheduled maintenance on each assigned aircraft.
* Work closely with approved maintenance organizations as the need arises, to schedule maintenance (Scheduled or Unscheduled).
* Visit approved maintenance organizations while company aircraft are being repaired.
* Attend annual aircraft specific training courses by approved training providers.
* Collection and drop off deliveries to include parts and hangar supplies.
* Maintain stock and consumables as well as ordering parts.
* Work flexible aircraft schedule, which may include weekends, evenings, and occasional split shifts to launch and recover company aircraft.
* Complete annual departmental and corporate training.
* Other duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
* Remain available via company provided cell phone (Email/Text/Phone).
* Inspect, clean, and perform preventative maintenance on aircraft, vehicles, support equipment and special tools.
* Document and track facility inspections.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
* At least 5 years' experience maintaining business jet aircraft.
* Demonstrated experience as a lead mechanic with the ability to work independently.
* Team player with excellent communication
* Ability to interpret FAA regulations.
* Ability to pass TSA background screening for airport ID badge and ramp driving privileges.
* Valid Passport and driver's license.
* Able to provide personal tools and toolbox for company work assignments.
Preferred:
* Dassault Falcon and/or Gulfstream experience preferred.
* Safety Management Systems (SMS) experience preferred.
* Inspection Authorization (IA) certificate preferred.
* Aviation Maintenance Degree preferred.

Nucor Steel Seattle is accepting applications for the position of Plant Maintenance Mechanic. The Plant Maintenance Mechanic will report to the Mechanical Lead and Mechanical Supervisor in either the Melt Shop or Rolling Mill. Plant Maintenance Mechanics must be committed to their own personal safety as well as the safety of others around them. Plant Maintenance Mechanics will be required to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems, individually or as a part of a team of other maintenance and production personnel. Plant Maintenance Mechanics must be able to function safely in a high stress environment and will be responsible for maintaining all production and auxiliary support equipment in a craftsman-like manner.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing or steel environment.• Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.• Skilled in Stick and MIG welding, fabrication, and basic machining practices.• Proficient with precision alignment, rigging, and use of standard maintenance tools.• Working knowledge of LOTO, confined space, and other industrial safety procedures.• Willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of O.S.H.A 1910.179, CMAA 78, and applicable ASME regulations
Machinery installation/machinery alignment experience
Trained and experienced with overhead crane maintenance and safety

The Electrical Validation Engineering Intern would perform hands-on testing of electrical harnessing and other electronic components. This role will assist with reviewing electrical schematics and assisting in development of test plans. Job Functions / Responsibilities
Execute test plans and work with Engineers to refine test steps.

Assemble custom electrical harnesses
Construct test fixtures
Fosters excellent communication, establishes and maintains cooperative and productive work relations with other working groups.
Local travel in the Puget Sound area up to 10%.
Qualifications & Skills
Junior or higher standing toward an engineering or computer science degree
Fundamental knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts
Experience working with basic circuits and electrical wiring
Familiar with basic tools and instrumentation
Ability to work well in a team environment
Imaginative and inquisitive nature
Ability to summarize technical issues and communicate effectively
Ability to manage personal workload and willingness, flexibility and initiative to respond to shifting time and project demands

Applies basic and some advanced welding processes to join sheet metal aircraft components as specified by written instructions, weld schedules and drawings. Visually and dimensionally inspects completed work for conformance to verbal/written instruction and specifications. Works well as a team member and seeks clarification to refine welding techniques.
Functions, Responsibilities and Required Experience
* Completes routine and some advanced welding tasks while applying standard practices.
* Properly prepares weld surfaces.
* Interprets and follows written instructions, sketches, weld schedules, drawings and documents.
* Performs all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures.
* Performs fitting of assemblies.
* May train others on prior job experience.
* Repairs some of his or her own parts.
* Regularly evaluates his/her own product quality for continuous improvement.
* Works under limited oversight.
* Successfully complete the Exotic Metals TIG weld training program and/or have equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements
