What You'll Do
As a Landscape Crew Leader, you'll lead the charge on high-impact landscape installations, working closely with your team to bring residential and commercial projects to life. You'll handle everything from grading and excavation to patios, walls, and plantings - all while keeping safety, efficiency, and quality at the forefront.
You'll read blueprints, plan ahead for materials and phases, and ensure your crew has the tools, equipment, and support they need to execute each job successfully. You'll work closely with project consultants, guide on-site client conversations, and make field adjustments as needed to keep things moving smoothly. You'll also play a key role in training new team members, enforcing safety, and setting the tone for a productive, respectful job site. When challenges come up, you'll be the one who finds a solution and keeps the project on track.
This role blends craftsmanship, coordination, and leadership - and no two days look the same.
What You Bring
At least 3 years of landscape installation experience, including pavers, retaining walls, grading, and plantings
Strong leadership skills and the ability to teach others while staying hands-on
A Class C license or willingness to obtain one (CDL a plus)
Confidence reading blueprints and planning job site layout
A sharp eye for detail and pride in clean, professional work
Ability to operate heavy equipment like skid steers, dingo, excavators, paver vacuums, and saws
Excellent communication skills for working with teammates, consultants, and clients
Strong organizational habits to manage tools, paperwork, materials, and schedules
A dependable and proactive approach to field problem-solving
Comfort working outdoors in all weather and lifting up to 80 lbs regularly
Compensation and Benefits
Hours: Typical hours are 7:00 am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with some weekends, subject to weather and seasonal changes.

The Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader is a hands-on position in charge of managing the day-to-day operations of all contracted work to be performed on an assigned jobsite. Areas of supervision include landscape installation, irrigation system installation, management of subcontractors and performing certain planning, administrative and regulatory functions. What a day is like:
Daily focus is working together overseeing a Landscaping crew to provide high quality tree care to our clients. The Landscaping Team is involved in all aspects of pruning, removals, planting and other concepts related to landscaping. Team members are able to safely operate all equipment and perform the assigned job tasks while also providing excellent service to our clients.
What kind of person are we looking for? Someone with:
Requires frequent standing, kneeling, walking, pulling, reaching, stooping and bending.
Requires walking primarily on uneven turf or rocky areas while on job sites.
May be exposed to moderate to loud work environments. These areas will require the use of personal protective equipment such as hearing protection.
Will be exposed to dust, dyes, grease, odors, mechanical and electrical hazards, and all types of weather and temperature conditions.
Job requires ability to work with hand tools, small and large engine equipment, skid steers, and loaders.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Daily focus is working together overseeing a Landscaping crew to provide high quality tree care to our clients. The Landscaping Team is involved in all aspects of pruning, removals, planting and other concepts related to landscaping. Team members are able to safely operate all equipment and perform the assigned job tasks while also providing excellent service to our clients.
What kind of person are we looking for? Someone with:
Requires frequent standing, kneeling, walking, pulling, reaching, stooping and bending.
Requires walking primarily on uneven turf or rocky areas while on job sites.
May be exposed to moderate to loud work environments. These areas will require the use of personal protective equipment such as hearing protection.
Will be exposed to dust, dyes, grease, odors, mechanical and electrical hazards, and all types of weather and temperature conditions.
Job requires ability to work with hand tools, small and large engine equipment, skid steers, and loaders.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requires good manual dexterity.
Excellent stamina is required.
Work with and near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work.
