The Line Cook/The Dishwasher at Five Iron will support the team leader in managing all aspects of our kitchen. While the main responsibilities are listed below, the Line Cook/The Dishwasher will assist with additional tasks as directed by the team lead. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes to our guests, ensuring that every bite is a satisfying and memorable experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Open/close kitchen when needed. Prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked. Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes. Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff. Credentials in health and safety training. Certification that meets local requirements. Must be flexible with hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.
