We are seeking a Data Analyst with deep expertise in SQL Server to design, build, and maintain robust data solutions that support critical business operations. You'll guide the work we do for the NC3 architecture and the solutions we deliver for our clients within the NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) and US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM).
Who You Are and What You Need:
BA or BS degree required, MA or MS degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in NC3 architecture to include supporting various operational ground, airborne, and maritime assets
Knowledge of test and evaluation procedures
Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of various systems/processes and synthesizing results to produce reports for senior leaders
Experience with NC2/NC3 architecture for more than one nuclear asset preferred
Strong background in strategic communications systems preferred
Previous experience working with Combatant Commands or in a Joint-Forces capacity preferred
Previous STRATCOM experience preferred
Previous experience in B-52, E-6, E-4 aircrafts preferred
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Research and analyze various Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) and NC3 systems to develop a concept of operations in support of a Quick Reaction Test
Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to help determine the future of the NC3 architecture.

3+ years of experience:
Producing finished open-source or classified assessments and performing complex search queries in IC databases (i.e., message traffic search engines), organizing the results to facilitate research and analysis, and maintaining the currency of research stores.
Additional experience required:
Experience in intelligence “analysis and production”
Experience incorporating all sources of information and intelligence in the production of intelligence and all government-directed deliverables, including finished intelligence
Demonstrated analytical experience authoring products according to current DIA tradecraft and formats
