Responsibilities Assemble pumps and components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and torquing using standard hand and power tools. Conduct functional testing on completed pump assemblies, including pressure tests and operational checks. Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, deviations, or quality issues; report findings promptly. Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and testing, collaborating with management or engineering teams as needed.
