Job Overview
As a Family Medicine Physician with faculty duties in South Bend, IN, you will spend two clinical days per week managing patient care. Responsibilities include developing effective care plans, ensuring continuity of care through proper scheduling and follow-ups, and providing whole-person care by coordinating with social workers, nutritionists, and mental health professionals. You will maintain thorough and accurate documentation, conduct periodic health exams, and educate patients about their health. Infection control and oversight of residents in hospital settings are also key duties. Additionally, you will engage in Total Quality Management (TQM) activities, attend meetings, and teach students and residents. As a faculty member, you will assist with rotations, counsel residents on academic matters, participate in program reviews, and contribute to the recruitment and selection of new candidates.

We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family Primary Care Physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic South Bend, IN.
We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. Role:
• Compensation: $200k-$250k plus 10% of base salary bonus potential
