Mr. Eddie Capel is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Manhattan Associates Inc. Mr. Capel had been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2012, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since January 12, 2011. Previously, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Operations from January 2009 to January 2011. In this capacity, Mr. Capel was responsible for the Company’s global product management, research and development, and customer support functions. From January 2008 through January 2009, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Product Management and Customer Services. From January 2005 to January 2007, Mr. Capel served as Senior Vice President—Global Product Management and Global Customer Services and from January 2004 through January 2005 as Senior Vice President Product Management. Prior to January 2004, he held various other positions with the Company. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates in June 2000, Mr. Capel held various positions at Real Time Solutions (RTS), including chief operations officer and vice president, operations. He also served as director, operations, with Unarco Automation, an Industrial Automation/Robotics systems integrator. Prior to joining Unarco, Mr. Capel worked as a project manager and system designer for ABB Robotics in the United Kingdom.

Mark D. McClain co-founded SailPoint in December 2005 and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and on our board of directors since that time. He has almost 20 years of experience developing and leading innovative technology companies that have operated in the identity management market. In 2000, he founded Waveset Technologies, a pioneer in the identity management market. Following the acquisition of Waveset by Sun Microsystems (“Sun”) in 2003, Mr. McClain served as Vice President of Software Marketing for Sun. His career also includes experience in international sales and marketing with HP (NYSE: HPQ) and IBM Tivoli Systems. Mr. McClain holds a B.A. in Economics from Point Loma Nazarene University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Bill is an experienced startup technology finance leader and operations executive with significant global experience overseeing financial operations in high growth companies, both public and private. As the CFO of Pivot3, a pioneer and innovator of hyperconverged technology for the software-defined data center, Bill plays an integral role in the advancement of operational goals and market position for the company's continued growth and success. He has extensive experience overseeing prominent mergers and acquisitions, serving on the board of directors for multiple international joint-ventures, as well as managing finance, purchasing, human resources and information technology functions. Prior to joining Pivot3, Bill raised in excess of $1 Billion of capital for a renewable energy manufacturing enterprise and lead multi-national global finance, information technology, and purchasing/materials management teams for a tier 1 semiconductor manufacturer. As a proven public markets CFO, he engineered and took to market equity, convertible debt and warrant issuances raising in excess of $4 billion. Bill is a triathlete, automotive enthusiast, and experienced alpine skier and patroller.
