Perform routine exterior washing of semi-trucks and trailers using pressure washers, hoses, brushes, and appropriate cleaning solutions.
Clean inside of trucks on an as needed basis.

Pay Rate\: $20 per hour.
Monday-Friday with a start time of 6 am.

What you'll do as a Warehouse Checker:
Validate products either by scanning UPC codes or visual inspection using selection or invoice sheets.
Inspect equipment and follow servicing procedures.
Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:
At least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

As a Wellness Specialist, you'll inspire and support residents by leading engaging wellness programs, promoting strength, mobility, and overall well-being. As a Wellness Specialist, you will:
* Lead Engaging Wellness Programs - Facilitate group exercise classes designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Provide safe and effective instruction on cardiovascular and weight training equipment.
* Prepare & Innovate Wellness Classes - Plan and organize class content, introduce new exercises, and rotate class formats to keep participants engaged. Set up before class, welcome attendees, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
* Promote a Culture of Wellness - Support quarterly wellness assessments and celebrations. Seek and implement new methods to enhance wellness services, ensuring a high-quality and evolving program.
* Collaborate & Grow the Wellness Community - Build relationships across departments to expand wellness initiatives, increase program participation, and enhance the overall impact of Vivie's wellness programs.
* Other Duties as Assigned - The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and are not necessarily all inclusive.
This job also requires:
* Experience in leading group exercise, wellness programs, or fitness instruction is a plus.
* Knowledge of safe exercise techniques, adaptive fitness, and wellness programming for older adults.
* Ability to physically demonstrate exercises and safely assist participants.
* Certification in group fitness, personal training, or wellness coaching is preferred.
* Ability to pass state mandated background check.
* Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate to residents, staff, and team members.
