Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital, Brad was an attorney at Vedder Price P.C., where he worked in the firm’s private equity, finance and transactions practice. Prior to that, Brad worked in the corporate and securities group at Mayer Brown LLP, representing buyers and sellers involved with acquisitions, divestures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

David is a Vice President at Pritzker Group Private Capital providing accounting and finance support for the firm’s family of companies and overseeing other strategic initiatives. Previously, David was a Manager in the Transaction Services group of Crowe Horwath LLP, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on middle-market acquisition targets in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Crowe, David was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he coordinated financial statement audits of large and middle-market public and private companies. David received his Master of Accounting Science and B.S. in accountancy with High Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. David is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Stephanie Paine joined Pritzker Private Capital in 2017 and is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer. She oversees the financial reporting, tax, fund management, human resources, and IT functions. Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital, Stephanie held operations and accounting roles at Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge Fund managers, including Healthbox Global Partners, Conversus Asset Management, Adams Street Partners, and Maverick Capital. She started her career as an auditor at PwC.

Stephanie is a CPA and received her BBA and Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
