Duties Actively function in the outdoor environment with the class to supervise children, promote social-emotional growth, and facilitate individualized learning. The substitute teacher acts as assistant teacher working in collaboration with one of our regular teachers. All classes spend 75%-100% of their day outside so all staff must be prepared to perform their duties in the natural environment in all weather.
