The production designer is responsible for layout, design, formatting and preparation of production-ready files for all channels and mediums, both digital and print. This role supports multiple stages of the graphics production process and contributes to material accuracy, equipment care, and overall workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of large-format graphics production, including printing, transferring, cutting, sewing, and packing. Read and interpret work orders to determine correct products, materials, and procedures. Select and manage materials accurately to ensure inventory integrity. Perform routine operator maintenance on production equipment and proactively identify mechanical issues. Escalate equipment or production issues to the Group Lead, Supervisor, or Equipment Maintenance as needed.. Ability to read production orders, use a tape measure, and perform basic math. Strong interest in learning and developing new technical skills.
