Who You Are: 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or production design. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Figma, including experience with components, auto layout, libraries, and collaborative design workflows. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Deep knowledge of print production specifications and experience preparing press-ready files. Experienced in digital asset preparation for email, web, and other online platforms. Skilled in applying ADA accessibility standards to digital deliverables. Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for quality, consistency, and visual polish.
