What you'll be doing:
* Manage operations and promotion of the internal TQL online store
* Ensure merchandise and other material sold in the TQL online store meets TQL branding guidelines
* Partners with vendors to select and order merchandise to be branded and to be sold via the TQL online store, quarterly t-shirt sales, team and office needs
* Maintains inventory of TQL branded merchandise

Set up and shoot studio productions, ensuring proper lighting and equipment.
Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. of production equipment as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a video production-related field.
Prior sports production experience preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects.
Strong creative instincts applicable to both TV and digital production.
Technical experience with cine‑cameras, media asset management systems (Iconik or similar), and studio lighting/equipment.

Summary:
The Perennial ProductionAssistant will be in charge of coordinating the Native plant program at Michaela Farm. This position will make sure that production of native plant stock is planned, consistent and done efficiently. This position will also help guide future planning of the natives program.
