Production Associates are responsible for reading work orders to determine door specifications, selecting the correct components, and modifying door slabs to meet required standards. This role involves using various tools to fabricate and assemble materials, physically moving doors between stations (up to 75 lbs), inspecting finished work for quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm (overtime as business requires). Key Responsibilities: Read work orders to determine door specifications and required components. Locate, pull, and modify door slabs and parts to meet custom specifications.
