Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility

REQUIREMENTS
Our Customer Service Representatives are self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations. They have strong prioritization and multitasking skill, a sense of urgency, and take pride in their verbal and written communication. Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers are critical.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
6 months of customer service experience preferred
Desire to increase knowledge in industrial distribution products
Excellent telephone skills
Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
Enjoys working with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook & Excel) and comfortable with Google search engine
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
SAP / ERP experience, preferred but not required
Some knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred but not required

About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will represent Anatomage and have a direct impact on the growth of the company by identifying leads and sales opportunities. As the number of interested prospects is increasing it is time to grow the sales team to accommodate the company's needs. With a mix of our strategies and your creativity, you will have an emphasis on driving inbound and outbound calls.
The ideal candidate has previous SDR experience and/or inside sales experience in a corporate environment. This person must have strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced department. What You'll Do
Make a high volume of daily outbound sales calls to establish and develop relationships to promote and educate Anatomage's medical imaging educational products
Partner with our Sales and Marketing Team who will assist in sharpening your skills to help build our pipeline
Maintain in active engagement with our existing leads through a professional and personalized approach
Qualify leads and schedule new business calls and meetings for the outside sales team
Schedule and prepare online demonstrations of Anatomage Table products to potential customers as needed
Document accurate tracking by managing and updating potential customers through our databases
Ensure a timely follow-up with all prospects
Assist Sales and Marketing Team with additional projects and other duties as assigned

Job Purpose
Maximizes account sales and inventory turns by forecasting consumer demand and developing optimal product assortments and replenishment inventory strategies. This is a hybrid position based out of Racine, WI. Typical office days are Tuesday-Thursday, with Monday and Friday being remote work days.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and forecast information on sales, products, and customers for assigned product line(s) or product categories.

Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.
Manage CRM campaigns, including setup, tracking, and performance reporting.
Develop, document, and optimize sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reporting.
Establish and champion a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence to maximize CRM effectiveness.
Create and maintain training materials for CRM use, reporting, and dashboards; conduct related training sessions for the sales team.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales data to identify trends, monitor KPI's, and generate actionable insights to inform business strategy.
Maintain, analyze, and report on customer and account data to support sales efforts.
Build and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI and CRM platforms to visualize sales and performance metrics.
Conduct account research and provide analysis to support sales initiatives.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Lead and support projects aimed at implementing new systems or enhancing existing sales and CRM processes.
Diagnose operational issues, analyze root causes, and develop data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process automation and workflow streamlining.
Marketing & Administrative Support
Support marketing administration activities, including BOGO's, SPIFF's, and Advantage programs.
Maintain and update supplier information sheets and vendor information requests.
Oversee administration of the internal sales communications platform, including maintaining content and coordinating the sales training calendar.
Proactively suggest and implement sales process improvements and support other sales initiatives as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in a business or related field preferred
3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong organization skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferred
Proficient in Power Bi, Canva, and Scribe preferred
Required advanced knowledge in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel, including use of common formulas and pivot tables
Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information; collect and research data; utilize intuition and experience to analyze data
Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence
Required strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and develop key skills to advance their career
