DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This role is situated within the DEP Watershed Support Section and encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing nonpoint source management across the state. * Be willing to pursue studies with an emphasis in cybersecurity.

The Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for assigned consumers. This role ensures services meet individualized support needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and promote consumer growth, independence, and well-being. The Program Specialist works closely with consumers, families, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete initial, annual, and revision assessments for assigned caseload.
Identify individualized consumer support needs for direct supervision or unsupervised periods.
Disseminate assessments to ISP team members at least 30 days prior to meetings for ISP development or revisions.
Provide training to DSPs on consumer Support Plans, including medication protocols, before working with the consumer.
Participate in development, review, and revision of ISPs, ISP Annual Updates, and all ISP revisions.
Attend ISP meetings, annual updates, and revisions; serve as Plan Lead when a Supports Coordinator is not assigned.
Review ISPs quarterly (or more often as needed) and report content discrepancies to the Supports Coordinator and team members.
Implement ISPs as written, supervising and evaluating services and outcomes, and recommending revisions when necessary.
Review, sign, and date monthly documentation of consumer progress toward ISP outcomes.
Report changes in consumer needs to the Supports Coordinator and team members.
Disseminate quarterly ISP review documentation and recommendations within 30 days and inform plan team members of the option to decline the review.
Coordinate consumer services and ensure training of DSPs on health, safety, and programmatic needs.
Develop and implement component services supporting advancement in life skills, employment, or other goals.
Ensure compliance with DPW 6400 regulations for medication management, site safety, and training requirements.
Maintain accurate consumer records in HIRS, ensuring all Medical and Programmatic Books are current.
Monitor the EIM system to ensure incidents are resolved per applicable regulations.
Support the behavioral component of the ISP, including adherence to the Human Rights Team process.

Placements vary each year and over the MSIP's 40+-year history, nearly every museum department has hosted an intern. Museum Studies Seminar: Roughly one day per week, interns participate in museum studies sessions, which include behind-the-scenes tours of the museum; presentations from professionals from across the institution; discussions of urgent issues confronting the museum field; site visits to cultural institutions in Philadelphia; and professional development workshops.

Commvault is seeking an Employer Brand Summer Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape our employer brand and support how we attract, engage, and retain best-fit talent.
What is Employer Brand?
Employer Brand is how people experience Commvault as a great place to work-before they ever apply, while they're candidates, and long after they join. As our Employer Brand Summer Intern, you'll help tell the story of who we are, what it feels like to work here, and why the work matters. You'll partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the Employer Brand Manager to bring our culture to life in creative and authentic ways.
Responsibilities:
Participate in cross-functional projects connected to employer brand, talent acquisition, and employee experience
Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to develop culture-driven content, including blogs and articles that showcase our values, highlight employee stories, and relevant industry moments
Partner with the Social Media team to curate and package people-focused creative assets (videos, photos, and graphics) that bring our employee experience to life across social platforms
Capture the Commvault 2026 summer intern experience through photos, videos (day-in-the-life, interviews), and behind-the-scenes moments to use across social media and our careers site, throughout the summer and beyond
Help translate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP): “You matter. What you do matters.” into meaningful, creative touchpoints across the candidate and employee experience
Coordinate and support fun, global culture moments (think World Ice Cream Day), gathering photos and videos from teams around the world and designing creative assets to bring those moments to life
Research employer brand, candidate, and employee experience trends, and share ideas on how we can continue to evolve and show up as an employer of choice
Requirements:
A creative thinker and doer-someone who doesn't just have ideas but knows how to execute them
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
Strong interest in human resources, talent acquisition, marketing, communications, or related fields
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Proficient in Canva as well as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital storytelling (video editing experience is a plus)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Flexible spirit with excellent relationship-building skills
Must be available to work from Tuesday, May 26th until Friday, August 7th.
Candidate must be located within a commutable distance to our headquarters in Tinton Falls, NJ.
