Provides special activities to meet the special needs of the cognitively impaired and the diverse cultural mix of the residents. Under supervision, assesses and sets recreational goals and objectives for residents, evaluates progress or identifies regression, and documents daily attendance. Requires participation in Interdisciplinary Care Conference.
