Eric Adler is the president and chief executive officer of PGIM Real Estate. PGIM is one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world, offering a broad range of real estate equity and debt strategies globally. Based in London, Mr. Adler is a member of PGIM Real Estate’s Global Management Council, the Global Investment Committee, and the Global Operating Council. Previously, Mr. Adler was global chief investment officer of PGIM Real Estate and earlier served as head of European business. Before joining PGIM Real Estate in 2010, Mr. Adler co-directed Tishman Speyer’s European activities and was a member of its Global Management and Investment Committees. Previously, Mr. Adler worked for Morgan Stanley Real Estate, where he led investment activities in Germany, France, Italy and Spain. He also had overall operational responsibility for its Special Situations Fund II. Earlier, he worked for Credit Lyonnais and Unibailin Paris. Mr. Adler has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, summa cum laude, from University of Arizona. He also holds a graduate business degree from HEC Business School in France. Mr. Adler is a founding member of the European Advisory Board of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School.

Mike Grady is President and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwell Banker Bain, whereby he is responsible for all company operations. In addition to his executive management responsibilities, he serves as the relationship manager between the company and its partners: Rainier Title, Axia Home Loans, and American Home Shield. Mike has a long history in the residential real estate industry. He began his career at Clarkson & Company, later known as Duvall Realty and purchased by the owner of Coldwell Banker Bain, Bill Riss, in 1995. In 1998, Mike was appointed president of Coldwell Banker Bain and was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 2009. Mike is an active member of the Council of Real Estate Broker Managers and former Chair of the Northwest Multiple MLS, where he served on the board for 23 years. In his leisure time, Mike enjoys golf, is an avid reader and is active in his church. He also plays the rhythm guitar, occasionally performing with other Coldwell Banker musicians in the Bain Broker Blues Band. Having grown up in the Puget Sound area, he is a native Washingtonian.
